We are excited to see you and your pet for your appointment! Here is some information to help make your appointment day go as smoothly as possible.

Directions and Parking: IVC is located at 518 Pleasant St in Northampton, MA. As you face the building, the hospital entrance is on the left side. Please feel free to park in one of the angled parking spots between IVC and the Shell station, or in the additional parking around the back of the Shell station.

Checking In: Our waiting room is small and can quickly get busy. Therefore, we ask that you call us (413-614-0039) when you arrive to check in. One of our nurses will first take your pet’s medical history, and then ask you to come inside to one of our consultation rooms.

During Your Appointment: Once the appointment begins, one of our nurses will weigh your pet, and measure/record their vital parameters. Once your pet’s doctor performs a physical examination, they will meet with you to discuss their findings and next steps in the appointment. Together, you will build a diagnostic and treatment plan for your pet. Please make sure you ask any questions that you have throughout this process. We are here to provide as much information as possible about your pet’s condition and medical care!
