We understand that the costs of emergency and specialty veterinary care can be significant, and we want to be as transparent as we can be about the costs of care at IVC.

Here are some general cost ranges for common procedures and treatments at our hospital.

As you review them, please keep in mind that these are general estimates, not specific, personalized estimates or guarantees. We will prepare an estimate specific to your pet at the time of your pet’s exam.

General:

ER or urgent care exam: $190
Specialty consult: $230
Euthanasia (existing client): $0 (this does not include cremation services, these are charged for separately).

Imaging:

Ultrasound (with sedation and aspirates): $1200-$1600
CT scan (depending on number of sites scanned): $1600-$2800

Internal Medicine:

Bronchoscopy: $2900-$3400
Cystoscopy: $3100-$3200
Endoscopy: $3600-$3700

Oncology:

CHOP protocol (small dog or cat): $7200-$7800
CHOP protocol (medium sized dog): $7400-$8000
CHOP protocol (large dog): $7800-$8600

Surgery:

Amputation (digit or tail): $3500-$4500
Amputation (limb): $5500-$6800
Anal sac/anal sac tumor removal: $4000-$5600
