Paying For Care
At IVC, we understand that the cost of care can be substantial,
and we offer multiple options to help!
At the time of your appointment, your veterinarian will perform a physical examination. They will then prepare a cost estimate for you based on their recommended diagnostic and treatment plan. It is generally not possible for us to provide detailed, accurate estimates prior to your pet’s first appointment with us, because the recommended plan will heavily depend on your pet’s physical exam findings.
If the initial estimate is not in your budget, please let us know- we can prepare a few different options for you to review. We also offer options through CareCredit, ScratchPay, and VetBilling to help our clients find payment options that work the best for them.

The All Pet Card was designed for pet related expenses and can be used for veterinary care, boarding and training facilities. You can pre-qualify instantly without impacting your credit. Once approved, you will be able to use today.

Scratch Pay offers loans for medical financing. No fee to apply! Once approved, Scratch Pay plans are available in 12 to 36 month terms, range in approved loan amounts from $200 to $10,000, and with annual percentage rates (APR) ranging from 0% to 36%, with the lowest rates for borrowers with exceptional credit profiles.

VetBilling provides payment plans for veterinary care, by offering payment plans through IVC. There is a one-time $25 fee to apply, and if approved, we will customize a no-interest payment plan for the cost of your pet’s care. There is however a $3 fee per payment.
